I think I am going to start laying eggs. I am eating 2-4 hard boiled and/or poached eggs daily since they are zero points.

- 2" of the powder on ground. Tucker having a blast while trying to complete morning business.
- Meanwhile, yesterday, we realized NONE of my LLBean boots are anywhere to be found. Tore house from one end to the other looking for them. We think the movers might've "helped themselves" - alas, bad mood all day and several hundred dollars lighter placing a new order! Doesn't help me know while the snow is here and on the ground! Ugh!
- Sleep study cancelled due to weather. Ugh.
- Sorry to hear about DB reschedule too, Dennis. When will they reschedule (today)?
- Today would've been first day of USCGA classes. 🤬.
- Glad to see Bucs dominate Eagles.

I have now lost 2 LLBEAN hats somewhere in this house. We’ve looked everywhere, except where they’re at. I too am irked. Only $40 though.

So Lee, how’s WW going for you? I lost over 3#. Losing a tad here and there. I myself think that some of these foods should have points and not be zero.0 -
LOL Kelly, its hard to tell just yet. I am down about 3 lbs in after a little over a week, but some of that could be water weight from over salted food prepared by others during the holidays. It is nice to snack on a hard boiled egg and not get penalized for it. Pre-preparing a lot of lean chicken breast and pheasant. I do wonder why pheasant breast is not zero points, because it is leaner than chicken breast. As Spock would say, illogical.
Think WW has a deal with the chicken industry?0 -

A wet morning, Pablo stepped out and turned around and came back in, now a sleep in DW's lap.
We have seen high for day.
Hope DB gets in today Dennis, will keep in prayer.
Planning on taking DW out tonight for birthday but going to be cold.
Nice looking Grandson Lee seems to be growing fast.
Crocs maybe a little chilly while you a wait new booties Skip.

What a cutie Lee.
I ordered new tennis shoes last week from REI and they still aren't here. I don't really care as I just ordered them because they are my preferred style and were on sale. I try to replace every 6-8 months depending on how much hiking we have done.
Looks like rain here agin. Sunny Florida has not lived up to its reputation this month. Way more cloudy days than sunny days.0 -

It's still cold here -- 16 this morning -- but will warm a bit in the afternoon, bringing 35-degree rain. January is not my favorite month.
I re-started WW Dec. 22, but didn't track Christmas. I too am amazed at the list of zero-point foods. But is seems to be working for me. I am down 11 lbs. Hopeful I'll be back in the 170s next week.
DDIL will pick me up at 4:30 tomorrow morning, for my 5:15 report time at the hospital. Surgery is at 7:30. If all goes according to plan, I will be released to go home around noon. Kind of amazing that they do open surgery like this and get you home the same day. I expect it will be pretty uncomfortable for a few days.0 -

Good afternoon BBB Friends.
- I started my morning with my Emmaus Reunion Group. First time in a month.
- DB just finished up in surgery. Triple bypass and a valve replacement. According to DSIL he is doing good.
- A great pic from Deutschland.
- I did get in a lunch ride in on the motorbike yesterday. I think we saw 64°.
- Expected low tonight is 18° and this is the deep South.
