Lots of ice here on Monday and a bit left over on Tuesday morning. Back was getting better, but a slip (not a fall) threw it out whack again.

Come February I have a 2 day trip to NJ and then I have virtual item reviews part of the last week of February, the full week of March 11th, and part of the week of March 18th. The cycle repeats in July and there is a 1 week trip to NJ in August. I'm just trying to bank some steps while I can because my count will be WAY down during those trips/meetings.0 -
