If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

Name: (if you'd like to share)

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)

Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Mondays
2/5/24 = (Fill out after each weigh-in.)
2/12/24
2/19/24
2/26/24 (final weigh in for the month)
Total WL/G for the month= total weight lost or gained for the month

It was also suggested that we could track our measurements at the beginning of each month to see how we do there, so feel free to add those too this month!

    My bmi is now under 35 so I'm obese class 1 now! 🥳 When I started I had bmi 40, or obese class 3 morbid obesity. I'm pear-shaped and my waist is also down to 35 inches (although my hips are still big at 55 inches 😂 the hips are always the last to go so I look quite lopsided for a while 😭) I hope that my joints and overall health will continue to improve. ❤️

    I had a big day of eating on Valentine's with restaurant meals for both lunch and dinner and felt super bloated for 2 days afterward. 🤢 I guess the upside is that it seems like my body has adapted well to eating cleaner; I feel much better after getting back to my homemade food.
