Lupini Beans - Has Anyone Made Them from Scratch??

Hello Sunshines! I haven’t been on in almost 6 years but I’m still plugging away with my health journey.

Has anyone made Lupini Beans from scratch? It looks to take 7-10 days and I’m on day 5. They are still bitter as heck. Any advice?

    Did your lupini beans eventually lose bitterness? I added a bag to my nuts.com order last year but still haven’t tried making them. Been trying to use random pantry ingredients and it’s a soggy day so will start the lupini experiment. Didn’t realize it takes so many days. No advice yet but fingers crossed they turn out okay.

    Yesterday was day 6 of soak, rinse, repeat. Beans are still bitter😳
