Mornin' BBB
Cold and still a fair amount of snow on the ground here. I think a snow shoe is in order today.
Venison chili on tap for tonight. LOTS of beans to be added (zero points ya know), so I may be contributing to the greenhouse effect.
Time with DGS sounds lovely, Mary. Videos of our DGS starting to crawl are hilarious. He is doing the "inch worm" more than crawling at the moment. His mum has him laughing and giggling the whole time. Love that she is such a videographer.
How's the knee, Sam?
Ultimately, Lou, you want a quick sale. You may not get top dollar, but is getting top dollar worth the investment of time, money, and aggravation?
How did the back handle the time in the workshop, Dave?

Good Morning,
Knee is only going out about four times a day, shoulder worst than before therapy, will see orthopedic Thursday.
Fence in back is complete except for paint and one latch.
Give him time, before you know it he will be crawling, walking then running and you will be wondering how to keep up.
Starting out at 35 this morning should level out around 55 today then low 60's tomorrow, no rain till possible Friday.
Pablo has a friend, standard size golden doodle named Sam. They played yesterday morning then again in afternoon, wore them both out. They have a play date set for this afternoon.
Enjoy your snow Lee.0 -

- Our snow burst was all-hype, no significance. Less than 1/4"; melted/gone before noontime.
- Doesn't appear we're going to see any racing in Daytona today. Rain, rain, go away!
- Hope for a quick sale for you, Lou. Investor flip or something to get it out of your hair.
- Due to go for a Hip MRI tomorrow. Tried calling doc all week. Not doing it. $200 co-pay "just to see" is not necessary. Its stupid. Back is jacked. Hip shots didn't help. MRI isn't going to tell us something we dont already know! Good grief.
Cheers,

Good morning.
Unfortunately, it's an underwater estate, so I have to take numbers into account. I have to sell for enough to pay the mortgage and pay myself back on the expenses that I've incurred. My brothers collectively don't have a pot to kittenize in, so I've been paying everything.
There's a magic number that I have to get between the house and car to make me whole. That number doesn't work with what the "Take the cash and get the heck out" vultures offer. That would leave me $10-15k in the hole. So, if you get a realtor involved, she's got to at least beat their numbers by that 10-15 plus her commission to free me.
I'm not sure what's on tap today. We did nothing of note yesterday, but she stayed up really late watching the Carnaval winners parades last night. I think she came to bed around 4, so I'm hoping she got in a nap during a couple of the schools she didn't care about. The one she wanted to see didn't start until 230.0 -
Good morning
I feel your pain Lou. When my mom passed at 82y the only debt she had was a 79k mortgage she had taken out 16yrs prior, after her house had been aleady paid off once.sad....it was after her retirement tanked in like the 90's prior? My Db2 had never moved out which is another sad story and he was helping her at that point by being there, paying expenses, utilities etc and doing the house & yard work. She was making the mortgage payment with her ssi. We decided to let the bank foreclose and in the meantime db2 lived there for a year making no payments, and saving the $ instead for his first apt in life. Thats a whole nother story. He wanted no part of assuming her mortgage and staying. House needed too much work at that point, he had no money... It worked for us 3 sibs to let the bank take it, which takes them forever....it gave us time to empty it out and db2 find a place.... I hope things work out best they can for you all. It's not easy.
I'm heading into the kitchen to fix my fam Sunday dinner here. Funny how when I look back, Sundays have historically at grandparents or parents, inlaws place and such on Sundays after church for me in some way. Its nice to have the kids and dgs and my brother over here today. Wish my ds1 was living closer at times too.
How was the dinner party Kelly?
Lee, that's great she does videos for you!! My dgs went from the inch worm to full bore army crawl. Kids going have some core and arm strength! I'd be lyin if I said I didn't tuck his knees up under him last week and show him about all 4s .lol. shhhh dont tell, winkwink.
Yay Ron!
Have a great blessed Sunday BBB!

Good morning BBB friends.
Church this morning and DGD concert in the evening. In between? Who knows.
Tough situation with the house, Lou. Hope it all works out for you. Glad my mom has no debts for us to deal with when the end eventually comes. She is 100, so we know it won't be too long. Thankfully, my DBIL is a contractor and builder. He has kept an eye on maintenance over the years since my dad passed.0 -
Good morning BBB friends
. I've been churched and schooled.
. It's obvious we have some proud grandparents here.
. Feeling the back a little more than I had but I'm trying to make do without the muscle relaxers. I drove for the first time in 2 weeks today.
. Good luck with the estate Lou. It's a reminder to all of us for the need to get to get our affairs in order.0
