Rheum Doc thinks I'm doing exceptionally well. Wants me to double down on weight loss.
    Off to work.

    Onward and downward ;-)

    Good morning!

    Congratulations, Lee!

I've been at the same weight now for three days. I think that I'm still doing exactly to plan, maybe cut back a little? I'm feeling hungry, but not starving at times during the day. I do know this plan is working and that I am feeling better.

Way too much stress at work right now. Moving during fiscal year end is not right.

    Have a great day!

That’s crazy busy, Steve. Eventually things will settle down as the move gets done. Good luck and hang in there.

Lee, that’s good news from yer doc. Onward and upward with health, as weight hopefully goes downwards.

Off to finish tuning DD’s piano, and then last PT appointment for my hip. Maybe an X-ray if not improved enough, but it seems like lately it hasn’t bothered me at all.

Nice time yesterday with DK’s and DGK’s ages 2-19 at DS’s house. Skating party on backyard rink, nice sunny winter day.

    Time to run…

    Good morning gentlemen.

Glad the Florence trip is going well, Bill.

    You'll get through it, Steve.

    Glad you are riding Bob.

Good report from the doc, Lee.

    Back at you, Sam.

I'll pass on winter activities, Mike. I want spring.

The crocuses and daffodils are sprouting, here, while not yet in bloom. The heather in our flower beds is all pink, though.

A day of endless rain, here in Tumwater. It should dry out tomorrow. I might get my bike out then. I haven't ridden regularly in years, but certainly had no weight issues when I was riding 30 miles a day.

    Good Morning

Steve, hang in there. You will get it done. It sounds like the new weight loss plan is working. A 3 day plateau isn't really a plateau. Its a long term process.

Lee that is a pretty good report from the Dr. I am happy for you.

More rain today, but it should still allow us to get out for a beach walk or two like yesterday. I have been pushing my back to the limit with all the sand walking but managing to rest a bit and then keep going. 9,000 steps yesterday, mostly from walking is the most I have done in a bit. Tylenol on top of all the Tramadol is helping. Another productive day yesterday, working on relocation questions. Only one small thing to check on today and then we are free to head to the ocean, meander up the coast and who knows. Portion control is not working out too well. We need to pick some mediocre places to eat dinner. My digestive system is still not 100% from the radiation so I am ready for something lighter.

Glad ya doin' well Lee. Yup most of us could lose a bit of weight or more.
Nice Mike watching kids skate. No ice in my backyard!!
Yea Bill walking or jogging in the sand is hard work indeed especially when it is soft and deep!! Sorry to hear about your GI tract issues. Kinda worries me too.

Wet here right now. Glad I planted peas (sprouted 1" of root) on Monday. The container soil was a bit moist and the gentle rain will keep them just right along with the 50-55 deg hi temps.
Will get out in between showers today for a bike ride.

Stay warm and dry all and as painfree as possible.

    Good Afternoon,
Orthopedic this morning, scheduling two more test since 8 weeks of physical therapy has not helped.
    Congrats Lee!
Bill, glad you are able to move more.
Steve you will get through it, problem is as a controller you are expected to do it all and know it all, owners have no idea what all you do.
Sounds as most are improving and losing weight.
    Keep on keeping on!
