Hi everyone, I am trying to lose weight and I have a long way to go, I have tried all the fad diets tablets etc and it is not working, I love food but I love my health more. If I can have some support through this journey I would be grateful even hints and tips, feel free to add me

I haven't lost an extreme amount of weight but I would say don't starve yourself. Eat when you are hungry. Also, the nutritionist I see always tells me I have to be able to identify actual hunger. Learn how to separate cravings or time of day from hunger. Adding MFP friends to motivate helps too.0

Thank you for that, yes I am trying to work that out lol I love eating breakfast but I'm starting to struggle what to have for breakfast so I'm fuller just to say I'm allergic to casein in milk, any suggestions please?0
