    Later this evening I will post your Team Goals for April 2024. This next month we are focusing on Nutrition, Cardio and Strength Training and will aim to increase our Daily Minutes and aim to Break up our Fitness Sessions into twice a day; you chose what part of the day you will exercise. Perhaps your second Fitness Session you might take a short walk around the Block or a Quick Lap around your Pool? your choice!
