Congratulations on a Well Done Month of February, you worked hard and finished your month strong! Good Job everyone.
This new Month of March we are Focusing on the Benefits of Exercise on our Mental Health.
We will look at how Fitness improves our Self Esteem, helps anxiety and depression.
Fitness is the Best Mood Booster!
