Hello, I am a 63 year old female. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Bronchiectasis and Asthma.
I started Tai Chi and Qigong 4 years ago to cope with chronic pain and fatigue. I practice Yang Style Hand Forms: 24 Short form and 108 Long form. I also practice Yang Style Weapons Forms: Straight Sword (Jian), Broadsword Sabre (Dao), Cane, and Stick & Staff. In addition, I practice Shaolin style Qigong. These activities have helped me immensely. I started with online videos and then joined a club. What videos do you prefer? Do you belong to a club?
