Snow totalled here 6inches of wet heavy stuff yesterday. Today its mid 30s and sunny.
I'm off to wally world for taco dip platter ingredients (my contribution to menu) and a birthday card. Its my great nephews 3rd birthday party this afternoon. Hes the kid I watched, with his 5yr sister last Saturday night. My dgs will be there with his parents, my ds, and his big sister too, so I'll get some Gramma time in.
A kid dh works with wants to buy Tom's F150 really bad. So he is looking at new pickups. Yikes they are expensive. But if he is retiring in 22 months now is good time... replenish the funds.
Power ball and mega millions jack pots are crazy high. Get your tickets...someone is going to Win! Good luck!$$$

Good morning BBB friends.
Good news at the doctor's office, yesterday. He agreed that I can start doing more. I shouldn't try to max out my deadlift yet but can start getting back to a more normal life, while exercising common sense. I celebrated by going to the store and buying a 20-lb. bag of rice.
I am waiting for the threaded bronze inserts for the urn I have turned. In the meantime, I am going to start a second urn, to let my siblings choose. The second one will be segmented walnut. I haven't done any segmented turnings in a long time, so this should be fun.0 -

- TY all for the well wishes. DW reported that the viewings were amazing and abundantly attended yesterday. The weather this morning was a crisp clean snowfall that will give way to grey skies during the few hours of the funeral (it seems fitting......fresh snow followed by a cleansing rain to mark a new beginning).
- DW seems to be doing okay. We spoke last night.
- Home health care begins today. Anxious to get underway. I've been sleeping a ton so that is good.
- I booked DW and I a trek to Estes Park (where we honeymooned and reunited our vows in 2016 on our 20th Anniversary. We need a week away to unplug; recharge; and reunite. ITs been a long run of caring for elders and I affirm that this is the year of US!
- Enjoying "shopping for new toys for my new toy" that should arrive late next week!

Today there is a RE/Max open house event with 15 Condos and houses for view. We don't plan to buy but it will be fun to look. Prices here are super inflated IMO. There is a penthouse condo in our building for sale for $1.4M USD. It looks super nice and this complex is the bomb but that is just crazy.
Casino night is also tonight in the clubhouse, we didn't buy tickets but if we decide to go we can buy at the door.0 -
