Please don't give up on me regarding engaging more in the future! This is a very busy time of year for me, plus am wedding planning. Things should slow down in the next month or so. I am still doing quite well with workouts but my eating has been a bit off, must admit! Plan to reset tomorrow, and get b1etter at logging! Hope everyone has had a great week!

Crazy day yesterday, left at 0500 to go to my daughter's in-laws so the other grandma and I could watch the baby while the bigger kids (including Dad, and 2 grandpa's there) went to see Hot Wheels Monster trucks. Then drove the 3 hours back getting home around 1000. Not many steps but did try to make healthy food choices while there and/or driving.

Sunday ~ April 21
Good morning Shape Shifters. After a couple of crappy days, yesterday was finally a bit better. I managed to walk again. It was cold, but sunny. I didn't take a lot of pictures, but the ones I got were nice. I had a good time. I did some cleaning, laundry, gaming and had lots of laptime with Tinus. I got some pictures of the female hawfinch that flew into the window a few days ago and she is looking very good. It's nice to see she still visits and eats in the garden. I had a lot of fun cheering on my Daughter and her team on Saturday. Boy of Boy rugby is brutal, high-paced aggressive game. I thought football was, but these kids play full-contact sports with only mouth guards for protection! I'm still learning the rules and what not, but it is a lot of fun!7 -

Good morning all,
I've been on my own in the house all weekend as my hubby & 2 sons were at Wembley watching Manchester United.It was nice to have the house to myself but I found it hard to make good food choices.I cook for everyone usually but I ate small bits not proper meals & ended up with unhealthy snacks & way too much chocolate & sweets.I sympathise with anyone living alone when trying to make healthier choices.Self control is hard.
The pool at my local gym was closed yesterday when I got there & I had arranged to meet a friend.We just relaxed in the steam room & jacuzzi instead.We're going to try again this morning.

@FWSWCindy Can you give me a little more information please? If you need two weeks, we can simply excuse you...if you need more than two weeks, we'll have to move you to the support team. Also, if you decide to go to the support team, you'll need to give us a few days notice when you want to return and at that time, give us a starting weight so we can start you again. Good morning Shape Shifters. I had a nice walk yesterday so I will share some pictures. Not much going on otherwise. Today at 8:00 I am getting a bunch of guys to work on the waterpipes and watermeter in my basement. They will be in the hall and basement all day and I will not have water or a toilet. So that's going to be fun. They came over at 8:35 to tell me they can't do it today. Will be next Tuesday instead. Happy Wednesday everyone7
