Working this morning. Gotta do my part to hold up the practice (insert eye roll here). Its been a week, but I will say that the associate is has been good this month.
"Squirrels scrambling around in my chest". That is exactly what A-fib sounds like through a stethoscope too. I assume you are on blood thinners, Mike?
Family Easter dinner tomorrow at a restaurant in NYC. Gonna use up all my weeklies, I imagine.
Onward and downward ;-)

Good morning gentlemen.
Going to be a pleasant day, today, with a temperature near 60 and some sun. I think some yard work will be in order this afternoon. Have to help put up Easter decorations at church, this morning. Maybe some lathe time in there somewhere.
The current WW weekly points seem a bit generous, to me. Points get added to weeklies for exercise. Last night, I had 62 weeklies remaining for today.

And I appreciate your working to put funds in system.
No plans for today, tomorrow kids and DMIL will be here.
Pablo still not use to cone, how long should he wear it?0 -
I usually recommend one week, that is assuming there are no external sutures. If there are external sutures, then the cone stays on until they come out.0

Good morning!
I never got signed on yesterday. I was exhausted last night again. I do hope I can make it the three months. Frankie got me up at 4:30. I took her outside, and then went back to bed. I slept hard until 7:30. I needed that.
Last night, Connie really wanted fish. Not a good idea to not be catholic and want fish on a Friday during Lent. She drove, which is very rare. We went to the Long John Silvers in Leavenworth. It was packed. They got our order wrong, but we made do. I picked a lot of the crust off the fish, didn't eat any fries, and didn't eat any hush puppies. That's what I down to with this diet. BUT, I was down again this morning to 175.8 again after a slight bump up. Since the first of Feb, that's down 17.2 lbs and 8.9% of my body weight. Onward and Downward.
I'm not sure what is on tap for today. We were going to negotiate on a car for Collin. He won't be able to afford that one, so we continue the search. He has his eyes set too high for not working.
Have a great day!0 -
Windy as heck today, and cold, though sun is shining bright and warm.
Calling my cardiologist Monday to see what to do. I presume he'll want me back on the higher dose of antiarrhythmic meds I was on before he cut it in half.
Out for a walk later if the wind gusts die down a bit.
Local places here have been selling out their fish n chips on Fridays this Lent. Lucky you got something to eat, Steve. I should get my fishing pole out--they've been stocking the ponds and streams with rainbow trout around here the last few weeks. Making a fresh caught fish dinner can't be beat.0 -
Good Morning
I don’t know if I would have made the effort for overcrowded take out fried fish. My first day without any pain meds beyond Tylenol ER was tougher than hoped for but hopefully it will ease over the next couple days. This morning we are heading to the Farmers Market at my wife’s request. The rest of the day depends on how I am moving. This weekend is meant for other things anyway.0 -
