    April Review - Improving Sleep schedule by switching off tech early and going to bed before midnight.
    1. This initially improved the length of sleep, but ultimately my body has just adjusted by waking up earlier than before.
    2. It has improved my Fitbit sleep score weekly average
    Conclusion: My body knows what it wants.
