    A grand day it was!

    Today was my first official weigh in and I lost 5 kilos!! :bigsmile:
    I stayed up late to watch a film and managed to go without a snack. Better still, I didn't even WANT to have a snack!
    And of course, no junk food for me.

    Excellent job! Today was tough. Went to the dentist. One of my most UN-favorite things to do! I have to go back Monday for some serious work. Ugh! Just have to work through this weekend.
