Goal - I’m well over 20%BF and looking to get down to ~15%.
Starting Weight - 173 lbs
Strength Indicators -
Bench - 210X3
Squat - 205X5
Chins - to be tested
4/2/24 - Logging working sets only
Bench Press - 210X3, 200X4
Incline DB - 35X20,15
Barbell BOR / Reverse DB Fly (Super Set)
95X8/17.5X8, 95X8/17.5X8,
DB Shrugs - 52.5X12,12
DB Preacher Curl - 25X10,10,10
Cardio - 2 miles walk/jog
4/3/24 -
Squat - 205X5
RDL - 205X8, 8, 185X6
DB Bulgarian Split Squat - 30X8,8
