I have MFP set at standard macro settings, so 55% carbs/30% fat/15% protein. I have a feeling that isn't ideal in general, let alone for a nursing mama.
Does anyone have any guidance on this? If so, how did you figure that out? Thank you!!!

I do high protein (usually well over 100 grams) and high healthy fats. I was told by my midwife that those things are crucial for a nursing mother, but I do not have my macros set because i have to play around with my calories in general.0

Same here, I try to make sure I eat enough protein and try to only eat healthy fats. I have my macros set to 40-30-30 / carbs-protein-fats. I pay the most attention to protein, and generally just focus on healthy eating more than anything. Here's a few links I came across when I was looking into this topic:
