Hi,
Anyone know where you can get these done?
My gym is at a golf club; they don't do them.
My GP looked confused when I asked and started to try and calculate my BMI *facepalm*

BF% can be done by yourself at home. Get some calipers and do a 3/5 site skin fold measurement. I get a fairly accurate reading doing it myself0
