funny when I go to the gym I see a lot of men do these and they do exactly what she said not to do...the MOMENTUM!!!!!!! People have such egos and want to appear better and lift more weights...I don't want injury! I don't want you guys to have any either. So go it slow and low and build up! We all can get better...beauty of the human body...it will improve! YAAAAAAAAAY!
