Curious to hear what methods for weight loss have worked for peri women?

I’m currently focused on adding more protein and whole fruits/veggies to my diet and incorporating a regular routine of walking, weights, yoga and meditation

Have gained close to 30lbs in recent years, had struggles with body changes, stressful life events etc.

    I'm curious to hear how your efforts have been with your weight loss goals. I'm really struggling because I went back to work full time and haven't found a workout schedule that works for me yet. I've gained about 50 pounds over the past 2 years.
