    Good morning gentlemen.

    Ok, guys, where is everyone?

    It's a rainy, gloomy Monday in Tumwater. Kind of fits my mood. Back in January, while recovering from my back surgery, I started taking Benadryl to help me sleep. Well, I don't know the long-term effects of that, but decided I needed to stop. As a result, the last few nights I haven't slept very well. I woke up at 4:30 again, this morning. I'll work through this over the course of the next few nights, I know, but I'm tired now.

    Have to do some banking, today, and run some other errands. Tomorrow, I'll be able to get out to work in the yard, I hope. By this weekend, it's supposed to be in the 80s.

    We did enjoy the Derby. It was a heck of a stretch run and finish. We enjoyed a day out yesterday walking in wooded park in Livermore to get my cardio in. Still painful at times but I will keep going. It is nice to be out and about again running errands, though my endurance is still quite limited. Off to the gym this morning for machine cardio and then to the store. The rest depends on energy and my troublesome digestive system which is unhappy at present.

    Yeah my wife takes benedryl sometimes to sleep. Yup suppose to be ridiculously warm this week-end. Jumping from upper 40s/low 50s up to 80s and maybe even Saturday in upper 80s?? Wow and without warning. Upper 40s and wet for my ride this a.m.
    Meant to tape the Derby but forgot. Oh well!

    Good luck Sam with yur medical stuff!
