OK, no LOLing and no body shaming. I weigh 263 lbs. But that is 2lbs less than last week and 30 lbs since re-starting WW 17 weeks ago. Not even half way to my goal of 225, and honestly, my goal should be 210 lbs. So still a weighs to go ;-)
The good news is that WW is working for me. The MFP calculator was working too until they made it tougher to use unless you started paying for it.
Onwards and Downwards ;-)

Good morning!
Lee, you are doing awesome! 30 pounds in 17 weeks is a bit over 7 pounds a month. That's great!
I've lost 30 pounds since my birthday last May 19. I've lost 20.3 pounds since the first of February. I still have 12-17 pounds to go. I'm at 172.7 today, and my doc want to see me between 155-160.
I'm home today and tomorrow. Bathroom remodel this week. The work has been delayed a day. So, we get materials delivered today, and work begins tomorrow. I go back into work on Friday and have three more interviews that day. Yes, the owner is still being a *kitten*. He had his long-time CPA review the financials draft, and she came up with 25 questions for me to answer. Yes, the owner still wants me to interview candidates, respond to his questions, finish closing March & April, and do my other regular stuff. I cannot get out of there quickly enough!
Connie provided me with a wonderful treat last night. While I was driving home from work, she went and picked us up salads at Panera. We then took the salads out to Wyandotte County Lake. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Temps were in the low 70s, and it was just very nice. We were out there for about two hours. That helped me a bunch after yesterday.
Prayers continue for all of you.
Have a great day!0 -
Good morning gentlemen.
That's a great loss, Lee. Stay the course.
I have been pretty steady at between 163-165 for the last couple weeks. The clothes I bought when I first lost on WW (and started logging in to Men's Health) fit again. I feel good. Need to start going to the gym again, though. Working on maintaining bone density is important, too.
Heading out the door for another mid-week hike. Here in Tumwater it will be a sunny 66. Should be around 50 where I am hiking, up the Skokomish River. This will be a long hike through ancient forest. One of my favorites.

Good Morning/ Happy Humping
Two pounds a week is maximum WW recommended when I worked for them.
I'm not trying to lose now just maintain, not being able to prepare our own food makes losing hard.
Neurologist has released me, laser left eye today; recheck tomorrow Knee Friday.
Steve, they still have lots of confidence in your work; seems they do not know how to work with personnel, or you may not be wanting to retire.
Hope you are feeling better soon Bill.
Prayers for Bob
Keep turning Dave
Lee, learned long ago too many hens a couple are going to gang up on another and you are expected to handle something that has nothing to do with anything but personalities.

Good job Lee we knew you weren't the "dainty bud" type of guy anyway.

Lee, those are awesome numbers. It’s not where you are, it’s the direction you are going. My weight’s not moving, and has only wobbled up and down for years.
Rain today.
Spent most of yesterday learning what not to do on a piano action mechanism. I’m trying to make an old junk piano sound beautiful again. Adjusted 88 wire thingies and another 88 thingamajigs, and later discovered you can’t do it the way I did. Live and learn.
Woke a bit early and dragging this morning.
It’s hard for a manager to set limits on what’s asked of him. As accountants, we knew the priority and the sheer volume of work involved in keeping up. But the company culture is that everyone on the management team does everything they are asked to do. There should be a support group or something for that kind of nonsense.
Have a great day

Good Morning
Lee, Congratulations on your progress! Great Job!
I am getting back on track with WW. My dietary habits have gone through a lot of changes due to my gut issues. Now that things are a bit more manageable it is time to start tracking and planning more consistently and start dropping some pounds.0
