Hi, my name is Monique, but call me Mo. I am battling to lose this weight. I feel like a failure cause I do well, and then I regain it. I am tired of the Yo-yo syndrome. I have got to fight for myself. If I don't, who will? My kids are out of the house, and so is my husband. We are together, but his job has moved him to Chicago. I am staying here in Mississippi until I qualify for my pension. So it is me and my golden retriever, and I am okay with that. Now, it is finally peaceful at home.

    Hi I’ve been battling my weight for 30 years. I have finally admitted to myself I have a food addiction. I’m trying to make healthier food choices and get off my meds.
