Anyone here have this after they had their baby? I'm having a hard time working out the way I want to because of this...and the weight loss has been a bit iffy. I was told to wear compression shorts to help the muscles but there's no guarantee that I will heal completely. It can take weeks or even years...and I am already 9 months post partum.
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have diastasis recti, but I have 2 friends that do/did. They had GREAT success with Lindsay Brin workouts (http://www.lindsaybrin.com/search/label/free workouts &
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6mpd3EVRaO4).
One of my firends started doing these workouts plus just 15-20 minutes walking/cardio per day and she went from having a 2 finger width gap down to less then one finger width in just one week.
Good Luck!!!0
