    Some of you have found me already! 😊

    I am totally new to Instagram, and just getting the hang of it. I am trying hard to keep it only for my fitness friends, although somehow I do feel weird posting my exercise on there, and I'm not doing it every day. I'm not using my real name on my profile page in the hope that non-fitness pals and family etc will not track me down! I ended up with too many friends on Facebook, and don't really want this to go the same way.
