The heat down here is just brutal. It's 90°F outside with a "feels like" temperature of 96°F. I've managed to aggravate my wonky knee which isn't helping with my step count.0

All the rain around here has stepped up the humidity as well. We have been in a drought for the last couple of years, making us kinda forget about the humidity.0 -
