    Mornin' gents.

No need to water the new plants, Mother Nature is taking care of it for me.
Off to find carry on luggage for trip to Spain. Old Coleman backpack with airport handle and rollers has come apart at the seams. Psyched to see me DGS, who will be 10 months old and is already wearing out his running shoes (not to mention wearing out his 'rents).
I think I paid $4.95/lb for that grass fed choice untrimmed brisket, Sam. Got it from a small town boutique butcher shop nearby. But, I have also gotten a decent price online through Wild Fork wildforkfoods.com/collections/beef-and-steaks-brisket-and-roasts/
I was very pleased with the prime brisket I ordered from Wild Fork.
So glad the ultrasound was negativo, Mike. Whew!
    Good gut days rule, Bill.
Yep, kitchen appliances prices are outa sight, just like the price of brisket and cars.

    Onward and downward ;-)

Gray, rainy morning here for sure. And 49º besides. Geesh, it's almost June.

Another doctor visit this morning, this my routine sleep medicine pulmonologist, so not unplanned. This is 3 days in a row seeing medical people, and last week the eye doctor. CPAP seems to be working fine, although I might be in line for a new machine as this one's getting old.

DD is here, but her luggage got lost somewhere along the way on the three flights she took. Hope to see her this afternoon.

    Onward and downward...

    Good morning gentlemen.

Packing my lunch for another hike, today. This will be the first time the new truck gets on a Forest Service Road. Should make those potholes easier to handle.

    Good Morning

Great news on the ultrasound Mike. For what it is worth, mine was negative and compression wraps for a season got my swelling down but there is still some residual swelling.

Enjoy the maiden voyage of the truck on the Forest Service Roads on your way to your hike Dave.

Gut went south on me yesterday morning and I spent most of the day resting and napping. I only got a few things done. I am beginning to wonder if something else is going on. Hopefully yesterday’s pills will have things calmer for today. I would like to keep the exercise going without too many interruptions.
