I set a goal to get down to 200# by my husband's birthday which is Oct 9th. 12 pounds in just a little over a month. I've had a bad week shortly after I made that goal, but I'm getting back at it again. 20# by Halloween would put me at 192.2# and if I made that goal, I would probably pee my pants! (with excitement.) I haven't seen the underside of 200# since I got married about 2 years ago. I did everything to get there too from working out 5 times a week to damn near starving myself. As you can tell by my current weight, it came back with a vengeance. This time I'm doing it right. Working out still, but mostly getting into better eating habits.
