    Good morning gentlemen.

    Another rainy, stormy day in the PNW. Wind warning through the morning. At least our power hasn't gone out - yet.

    Working on a nice cherry bowl that I rough-turned a year ago. I'll spend some time on it this morning, then have several errands to run before our trip next week.

    Hmmm. Where is everybody?

    Up at 4 to drive DD to Boston airport—breezed in and out with little traffic. Seems she’s doing well, making a new start there. Nonstop flight to Honolulu—11 hours.

    Cooler day here today , will get out for a walk/hike somewhere. Been walking nearly every day lately, although not long ones. Building consistency is important.

    Good Morning

    Just back from visit with new Urologist. Good discussion and plan forward. He agreed that I really didn’t need to continue hormone therapy, there was no real justification for it. He explained his prostate cancer management process which all made sense with my reading. He also concurred that I need to get my gut checked by my gastro. Symptoms should have cleared by now and something else might be going on. We are starting a heat wave as we soar into the upper 90’s. Now it is apparently called a “heat dome”.
