Who's cooked artichokes in their pressure cooker?
My garden has a huge patch. Many of them died from frost this year, but it's OK - it means I don't have to thin out the bet this year. I had planned to last year, and good thing I didn't.
I usually steam my artichokes. Takes a while. How long do YOU pressure cook YOUR artichokes, and how big are your artichokes? Steaming is easy, but it does add heat and moisture into my house. Pressure cooking seems like a good idea. How long is too long is my main concern - no more than X minutes.
Help me solve for X from your experience!
