Hi there! I started about 8 or maybe 9 weeks ago now? I gained 2 lbs so I've been researching like crazy and I think I was eating way too much protein! I have lost the 2lbs in the last couple of days so I hope I am on track. I'm 58 and diet controlled diabetic so I'm sure I'm still healing! First couple of weeks I dropped a ton of Oxalates! How are you all doing?

Hi Andee, there are a few great videos on You Tube explaining the protein amounts for women. Often you will hear the 80/20 split or 80% fats and 20% protein, but other’s just say eat (carnivore nose to tail) until satiated and your body will even out. Best of luck!! I’m down 22 lbs. so far, but more importantly, I feel great!1
