I finally was able to get .25 Wegovy and started this week. How did others do on .25?

    I felt great! My food cravings went away quickly and lost weight. I didn't have any side effects. This Saturday I'll take my last dose of 1.0. Anxious to start 1.75 next week. Hoping the increase will help put the weight loss in gear again

    I'm starting today. Took the shot this morning. When did you notice the change in you? Food noise and weight loss? What do you eat per day?

    I'm on my 3rd shot this week. Starting weight 234.5. Down 8 pounds. I'm making the changes that I know are necessary for me to lose weight though and not expecting this to be a miracle drug. I'm trying to stay near 1200 calories, get 10,000 steps and reduce alcohol. That is what has worked for me in the past. I'm hoping this just adds a little more to my success. No major side affects really. Headache the day after the shot and always having to pee--I know it's supposed to increase that, but it's annoying sometimes. Grateful for no other issues. Happy so far.
