Hello ladies! Hope all of you are doing great! I've injured my knee so I'm trying to do swimming and a 1200 cal diet, which I'm not following to the 100% but I'm trying. I may start working out again next Monday so that I start losing some weight. I'm 220 today since Tuesday ... I mean, I'ts only 4 days but I need to start pushing myself. I really want to do the 20 by Oct 31st, it's my BIG 30!!!!
What does your diet consist of? What is your cal intake and exercise regime look like?0 -

Hope your knee heals quickly! I have bad knees myself, so I know how you feel.. my left one went out on me a little bit this weekend from all of the walking I did I don't necessarily have a set diet that I follow, just watching my sodium intake for sure... Depending on my daily activities, I'll intake anywhere from 1200-1500 cal a day.. I'll also get myself to the gym at least 2x a week, outside of any other activities that I may do0
