Overslept yesterday (which is highly unusual!) Yesterday was the first day under 90 degrees here. Back up today! Hope you are both staying hydrated!

It's on the mend. At least I can walk with very little pain while wearing the boot and the swelling has gone down. Now this heat is another matter. my desk is on the interior of the building I work at and it has gotten to 90 degrees every day this week so far. I'm just plain drained by the end of the day.

@peoriapole , glad to hear you are getting at least some better. I feel your pain about the heat. It's been in the 90s here for weeks and trying to go outside and get any kind of decent mileage is brutal. Heat exhaustion can set in pretty quickly.1

@peoriapole that sucks! My husband worked outside until about 3 years ago. The summers were the worst for him. He would end up coming home and taking a nap.
Well, off to the lake for a long weekend and a way to stay cool for me!
