    For the first time ever, I have considered surgery to help with my expanding hips and waist. I’m going to give it one more try with this app and diligence in getting 20 pounds off.
    Eating right and walking daily is my plan. I’m cutting out/down on alcohol.
    Hoping this group will
    Help with motivation.
    Turning 65 in December.
