Hearty congratulations to each of the folks on our June UAC Champions List!
A Champion is someone with grit and an inner drive to keep themselves accountable, even after they have used more than 3 pass days. They stick around and continue to post in the UAC every day because they know that daily attention to our health is critical for success.
Establishing and keeping healthy habits is hard work, and habits are made through practice. Sometimes, learning involves a few slips or misses — but the key is to keep trying and striving to improve. Because this is for life — not simply a challenge or a “game”.
If you have posted to account for every day right through to the end of the month, but you have used four or more pass days… YOU ARE A CHAMPION! Very well done everyone! We are proud of you 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻

Wednesday 3rd July
Exercice: Yes. Feeling much better today, so made up for yesterday's slacking by walking for almost an hour.
Calories: Yes, stayed under budget
Tracking: Yes, logged everything
Pass Days: 0
Well done you Champions! I only achieved that accolade once in my long (since January 2018!) UAC career. I mostly dropped out halfway through the month and then disappeared for a bit. I am determined to not let that happen this month. Go, all of us!9 -
And honesty !
I am always proud to be a champion because I am honest with myself.
Congratulations to all of you !
Tuesday and Wednesday good days
I ran on both days, 40' yesterday and 30' today. I also had a 25' strength training session today. I followed my nutrition plan. I included a dessert today to celebrate the kids who got their results (the summer holidays can really start). Tracked on my checklist paper as usual.8 -

Yay - congrats, champions! I may technically have qualified, but was so checked out for much of last month that I disqualified myself
.
I will count today as a third pass day, because I do not intend to track. Exercise-wise, July is off to a good start. I will update my tracker tomorrow, but I did some bodyweight strength training yesterday and another 5km run along Charles River in Boston early this morning before the conference (today was the final day, and I'm on my way home).9 -

1. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes. 35Min on the treadmill. Was a rough day as I had a very sore knee from yesterday's workout. I wasn't sure I would be able to do much physical activity, but felt great doing the incline walk, and knee doesn't hurt right now.
2. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
3. Did I keep track of all the calories I ate or drank? yes. Side note, I'm logging foods in LoseIt vice MFP since I prefer that app better.
4. Pass days (3+ is fine if you reach the max)? 0 used.
