    1. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes. 35Min on the treadmill. Was a rough day as I had a very sore knee from yesterday's workout. I wasn't sure I would be able to do much physical activity, but felt great doing the incline walk, and knee doesn't hurt right now.
    2. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
    3. Did I keep track of all the calories I ate or drank? yes. Side note, I'm logging foods in LoseIt vice MFP since I prefer that app better.
    4. Pass days (3+ is fine if you reach the max)? 0 used.
