Monday 1st July
Exercice: Yes, over an hour's walking and a physio workout of 20 gruelling minutes
Calories: Yes, stayed under budget

Aims: I want to be down below 72 kg by thé end of the week, a loss of a measly 600g. Surely, my body can do that?9 -

Exercise – yes – bike, walk and cardio workout.
Tracking – yes

Pass days – 0
Clocked up 5 miles on the bike, just going to the gym and errands. It was cold and drizzly all day – not what we hope for in June.
Also managed a quick walk outside. Utube cardio workouts in the afternoon.
A good start to the new month. I have a holiday planned at the end of the month, keeping to a small calorie deficit to prepare for eating out while away from home.
Edited to add:
Forgot to mention - I had a gym session this morning. The gym is shut now for a few days and will re-open with a new gym! The sports centre is having a major refurbishment (new roof among other things) and the gym is being relocated and I hope we will get some new equipment.8 -
