I realised the only way to do this is with some serious food prepping. So yesterday, I gathered all those take-away containers together and filled each with some meat, or fish or some chicken balls I found. Whacked in a small portion of Quinoa, mash or rice and filled the rest of the container with a variety of veg. Now, instead of opening the freezer at meal times and inhaling the most delicious/quick stuff I have in there, I can just pull out a container, heat in microwave and there's a healthy, low cal meal, hot n ready in 5 mins.
