For me I am back for Maintenance, and hopefully putting on a few pounds I have lost during my ongoing cancer treatment! I am focusing on not losing any further weight this month.

Week 3
I’m back for maintenance at least so I don’t lose any further weight. I do hope to gain some weight back, since my cancer treatment and surgeries I have lost over 30 pounds! Down from 130 pounds to 94 pounds! My normal weight was between 125 to 127 lbs but I usually averaged 125 lbs. When I was diagnosed I weighed 130pounds.
