Hey all! I was recently diagnosed with PCOS after having irregular menstrual cycles for years and my doctors not knowing why or simply doing the tests to confirm anything. I recently changed jobs from being a full time EMT to a full time MA, with the changing of jobs came my changing of habits. I am getting back to regularly seeing my PCP and now my gynecologist, who was on the who actually listed to what I have to say about my irregular menstrual cycles. In addition, I also asked my PCP for a weight management referral because I was at my end of trying to lose weight on my own and it simply not working. Since starting this new journey and finally having a diagnosis, I am feeling so much happier and cannot wait to continue to see where I end
