- Hot one in store here today. Hoping for early afternoon release from work and some pool time!
- DF is already driving me crazy with requests to invite people over I dont associate with; had to put out a stern "NO!" and remind him that he's a guest. You want to visit people - take a car and go! Good Grief!
- Looking forward to slow(er) pace tomorrow. Pool and Burgers on Grill with DBIL/DSIL & DB/DSIL.

M's baggage never left Newark. We got an email that it will be sent to Munich this evening and it will be delivered to her tomorrow. Doh! She should have never have let them talk her into checking her carry on piece of luggage. Yes, DDIL and DGS came exit the housing area and spend time with M. M reports that DS#1 is in a debriefing about allowing her onto the base housing. Not sure if threat level has been decreased.
I need more coffee.

One more work day and we are off til the 15th woohoo!
Rained again but during night. Hot and humid today. Hope traffic to the lake tonite isn't too bad. Taking 2 cars so I have my car when dh goes to Redbud race in Michigan on Fri/Sat.
Enjoy your company Skip, hopefully you have some fun relaxing pool time!
My new paddle for the stand up board arrived. Thanks Amazon. Ddil and dgd want to use it this time. Along with the lake floating pad, blow up tubes, etc. Even have a little pool for dgs. We just need good weather!

Yeah, she had a smallish back pack as her personal bag as well. She wasn't in the Boy Scouts, so she didn't have an extra shirt and underwear in her backpack.

Took a hard hike up to a high ridge on the side of Mount Rainier - and spent the entire day inside a cloud. No grand views, at all. But, in hiking, for me, it's all about the journey, not the destination. The journey was great: 16.6 miles, with 3,741 feet of climbing.
Since a data breach in DoD, years ago, I have received reports from a monitoring service that watches just about everything. Among the details they check are credit rating reports. Our credit rating went down on one service. I looked at the details. It seems we aren't as good a risk as before because we don't have enough debt. Huh? When we wrote a check for the Tacoma, rather than take out a loan, it hurt our rating. No mortgage, no car payments, no consumer debt, live within their income, substantial money in the bank - lower the rating, these people are un-American.0 -

- I think Skip is a little more exotic than a Corolla. Maybe a Fiat 500? But... we did get the hint it is coming from MI. I change my guess to a smaller Jeep.

- The irony of Doc Mary's missing bag is on its way to Munich, but Mary is not in Munich. Ouch.

Good Morning,
Me and Pablo were out walking at 6:30 this morning, yesterday humidity was down not today by 7:30 soaked.
Orthopedic this morning, knee doing good, preop for shoulder scheduled 17th July with surgery 2nd August.
DW has PT this afternoon and still not driving, heat index predicted 103, little too warm to be walking around with Pablo for an hour.
No plans for tomorrow or weekend.

Morning gang.
I somehow slept thru my alarm. Wednesday is the current only day I. use one. Need to get to the gym and Ron has a friend coming over for coffee later this morning.
So since I wasn't up he didn't make his juice (did i tell you our condo has a super nice juicer so he has been making a juice drink every other day) so he was behind and frantic. It's my least favorite of his symptoms...he gets anxious when he thinks he doesn't have enough time. He is at gym now and will also probably move too fast on his workout. Sigh. Hopefully he will run into friend at the gym, and push the meetup 15 minutes.
