    • Today.....rinse and repeat.
    • Short week then departing for Wilmington, NC....sand+surf+sun+suds=A+ way to spend a day!

    Good morning.

    Finally visited the cheese shop yesterday that we've been trying to go to for 4 years. A bit underwhelming and I think it may be run by a religious cult of some sort. On brand for the Waco area, I suppose.

    Cooled off a little but still muggy.
    Dinner out with M's siblings last night. A bit of an interrogation since M was not present. I'm exhausted. I feel like I may have divulged state secrets.

    I always liked Waco. An interesting, weird kind of place. Go to the Doctor Pepper Museum.

    It's hot here, too. Back in the 90s today. We'll do church this morning, then run some errands in the afternoon. I'd watch baseball, but every time I watch, the Mariners lose. I bring bad mojo, I guess.

    • I've been churched and schooled. Actually, not SS due to the holiday weekend.
    • We've had 5.5" of rain in the last 48 hours. We had a monsoon yesterday afternoon.
    • My DSIL lives in Waco. Yeah, it is a strange place.

    Morning gang.

    I'm ready for the holiday weekend to be over. This little resort town isn't well set up for all the cars and atvs there is only about 3 roads that cross the tracks from the beach area to the actual town...it gets very backed up.

    No plans today.
