Hey all! I'm newer to MFP but I've been here for a little bit. I'm a vegetarian, I was vegan for 3 years and than I had to reintroduce animal products due to anemia but now I'm eating vegetarian and am trying to find balanced-iron rich foods!

    Welcome to the group! I'm a vegetarian, too . . . not quite always, but around 50 years so far. I'm ovo-lacto, not planning change from that. Iron hasn't been a problem for me, but I think some of our individual issues can have a genetic component, so maybe I lucked out that way, or maybe it's the animal-sourced foods, no way to know. ;)
