    Good morning!

    Hot and humid here. With all the rain we had last week, it is dry now. I will need to water at the cemetery, and and home here in a few minutes. If I get it early, it is better. The research that I've done says the best time to water is between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

    I did too much again yesterday. Today will be a rest day. Watering and a 10:00 virtual appointment with my therapist is all that I'm planning on today.

    Gluten free for 4 years? I think that is a pretty decent trial.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    It hit 101 here, yesterday. The kids had great fun on the slip and slide but having that big piece of plastic on the grass is the intense heat kind of fried a big rectangle of the lawn. We'll see how it recovers. Today will be a more normal 85.

    More grandkid fun until this afternoon, when their parents come take them home.

    Our forecast has changed to put us back into triple digits for a few days after a beautiful day yesterday. I am about to head out for a walk before it gets too warm. Thankfully I did some shopping yesterday so we should be able to stay inside. We might need to sell the house just to pay our electric bill.
