    Good morning gentlemen.

Woke up at 5, when it was fully light outside and found that Sassy had peed on the landing of the stairs. First time she has done that since she was a puppy. Hope that doesn't indicate a problem.

Date night, tonight. I am a sucker for a Western, so Rita and I are going to watch the new Kevin Costner movie.

    Good Morning

I got up and out for my walk as soon as Morning Prayer was done as I try to rebuild momentum despite the weather. It was climbing into the 80’s on the way to 107 again today. Lack of any air movement makes it hard to be in the sun for long. I am slowly working in some steady hills. Yesterday I broke down and went out in the afternoon to see my Dr about my shoulder. I took a cortisone shot into it to try and calm down the flare up from the old rotator cuff injury. Feels better but still a bit sore but it didn’t keep my up in the night. Watching Wimbledon Women’s semifinals. I do love watching tennis. I wish I could play.

Good afternoon… did piano class this morning. Haven’t practiced at all in the last month and missed 3 classes. The piano at the senior center needs a tuning, I may jump in and fix the worst notes, as they have a limited budget.

107° is insane hot, Bill. Is that the temperature? Hope it cools off there. Mid-80s here, that’s hot for me, but bearable.

Reading about Lee’s smash burger I stumbled on frozen ones the other day and thought I’d try them. Delicious, but I need to make my own from ground lean turkey so they’re not swimming in fat.

    Onward and downward. .

    Good Afternoon,
    Thanks for all Birthday greetings,
Stress test showed heart rate too high, have changed several medications. Today is first day on new med and I feel totally drained.
Knee popped Tuesday, now hitting a very tender spot occasionally.
Continues HOT!!! after they claim a cold front came through.

    Afternoon gents.

Thought I posted this morning, but I guess not.
84 degrees here and it feels like an oven outside. I can't even imagine 101 or 107.
BP was 120/86 in GP's office today. Down 27lbs from last visit.
    Careful Sam.

    Onward and downward ;-)
