    Good morning BBB friends.

Driving south, this morning, to work on sorting out the old house, in Salem. Sound familiar, Lou? The challenge will be in just working, and not stopping all the time in a fit of nostalgia over everything we uncover. I'll work there again tomorrow, then drive home. Sassy will be miserable. She hates it when I am gone.

    Good morning.

Trust the process, Dave. The first day will be slow going because you will be looking for those little treasures. It will move faster once you've "cleared" your first room in the house. That feeling of accomplishment is a natural high and you'll start chasing it.

Start in the room where you think the most treasures are. Put a chair, a box and a trash bag there and just stay there until it's done. Same process in the next. If you're planning on donating clothes, getting them out of the house early provides a good sense of accomplishment as well because you'll see the space you created.

    Morning gang

Sending well wishes Dave. It's a big task.

Today we have crafting class for kids (making woven bracelets/bookmarks) then meeting some friends for lunch.

Need to hurry up my coffee and get to the gym. I tweaked my knee yesterday so it's mostly going to be my upper body weights and some stretching today.

    Good morning

    Good luck Dave.
Hope your knee feels better soon Steph.

Headed to Madison Indiana in the convertible with friends to eat on a barge on the river for lunch. Should be fun. It’s a hot one for sure!!

    GM~

Heavy rain all day yesterday; awakened to the loudest clap of thunder this morning at 6a. Skies are now turning blue so looks like the Beach god's will have pity and my pedicured toes will feel sand to go with some cold suds! Our friends arrive from VA at 12 so we are waiting for them to arrive and head down together.

Good luck, SGM! I wish I could get more purging of DMIL/DFIL's boxes in our basement storage. DW is just not ready yet. <<<<Sigh>>>>

    Today's hint:

I'm a beast of burden, but not of farm,
With a name from history, that elicits no harm.
Through trails and rough roads, I make my mark,
With rugged design, I can light up the dark.

Found out last night my Wednesday delivery is likely delayed a few more days. Ugh! Patience has never been my strongest trait. I know that surprises you all!

    Cheers,
    skipper
