    Tragic day yesterday. No matter how you look at it, a person died, and two were critically injured. A BBC video of an interview with a man who tried to alert the police about the shooter beforehand is a bit damning for those in charge of security and police reaction.
    That pie sounds quite decadent Bill.
    Cooled off here a wee bit. Can't decide how to go about my day yet. Need another cup of coffee.

    Yes, yesterday was a tragic day for America. Praying for those affected, and praying for our country.

    We have storms trying to pop up. Frankie is hunkered down.

    I didn't do anything but rest yesterday, and likely that will be the case today. I did myself in pretty good.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Got a lot done at the house yesterday. Pulled everything out of the attic and above the garage, and made a good start at sorting it all. Today we’ll start going through closets and drawers in the house. Looking forward to getting home tonight.

    Heard about Trump getting shot in the middle of our book club meeting when the host's wife came in and interrupted to tell us. Sad event. Beyond the bystander victims, a sign of the times that our country is in bad disrepair.

    Bill, that pie sounds crazy good.

    We are a divided nation growing in our intolerance of opposing views. Violence is more and more acceptable.

    Pie was more lemon than coconut. I found it disappointing.

    Good Afternoon,
    Been churched, no other plans for day.
    It's HOT and HUMID here, already in 90's before 12 with heat index over 100; no rain expected till later in week.
    Need to look at DW's schedule since she is still not able to drive, only thing I have this week is pre-op appointment Wednesday morning then 8 hour tax class I'm required to attend for county board of equalization.
    I know many do not agree with me and I do not see things as others do, but that is what makes our country great. We do not have to agree, and I firmly believe that our republic as it is setup yields the greatest outcome. No, I do not always agree with the elections or opinions of many, but times change and the pendulum swings both ways. There is no reason to resort to violence or do any harm to another. Remember those whom you do not agree with are God's children just as you are.
