Intro!

Hi! I recently re-re-re-joined MFP. I've lost about 15 pounds in the last 3 months and while I'm thrilled to only have less than 10 to go, I am not thrilled with my body composition. I haven't really done any physical activity in a month or so (other than a mile walk a few times a week) so despite my weight loss, I am not feeling leaner.

I'm glad to be among folks wo want to tone up!
