Tried ruling out everything else first

Hashimoto's? Anything? Nope, just post menopause and it did not really catch me off guard. But the obesity was there even before so it is that much more difficult. I do not want this to consume my life. I'd like consistency and efficiency and understand there is no magic bullet. Just a periodic check in because my support team needs reminders to support me...which is one more thing I have to take care of.

So what does an average day of 'staying on track' look for you?
