    I've found today really easy, but I've been super super busy, which always helps as a distraction. :)

    Today was pretty rough for me. I did have a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich...or two. I'll have to see what happens with the scale...I'm pretty sure my exercising took care of them. If not, I'll have to add extra days to the end of our challenge.

    I've never heard of an ice-cream sandwich before!!

    I am allowing myself 5 cheats because I think it's a bit unrealistic to go 30 days without at least a little of what we fancy. :)
